I. General Rules
In order to attract and reserve excellent talents, the company provides its staffs with good salary and welfare treatment and expansive personal development space, and has created a harmonious and pleasant working atmosphere.
II. Guiding Ideology and Principle of Implementation
The company’s welfare is not averagely shared by staffs in the form of equalitarianism, however, difference exists according to the difference of individual performance, length of service and duties.
III. Structure of Salary
1. Basic wage: the company provides competitive wage level for each post, to attract excellent talents;
2. Performance bonus: the company encourages staffs to have an excellent performance in their posts of duty, and offers different inspirations of bonus according to the difference of personal performances.
3. Deduction of a percentage: the company provides competitive percentages for business personnel, to fully inspire the enthusiasm of the business personnel.
4. Dividend distribution at year end: the company takes out 10% of the net operating profit as dividend distribution to staffs each year, which will be distributed to the staffs in all departments who have made outstanding contribution in the year.

V. Holidays
1.Legal holidays: New Year's Day, Spring Festival, Tomb-sweeping Day, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day, Ladies’ Day and Youth Day, etc.
2.Salaried annual leaves: staffs who work successively for more than 12 months may enjoy salaried annual leaves of 5-7 days, and one day of salaried annual leaves will be added for each year in the length of service.
3.Women’s holidays: such as maternity leave and abortion leave.
4.Wedding leave, leave for arranging funeral and paternity leave, etc.
5.Sick leave: one day of salaried sick leaves will be offered each month in case of sick leaves.
6.Other holidays as provided by the government.
VI. Other Welfares
1.Monetary gifts in festivals: the company will offer monetary gifts in case of the festivals such as May Day, National Day, New Year’s Day and Spring Festival.
